Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty against a Tennessee man charged with killing the parents, grandmother and uncle of an infant found abandoned in a home’s yard

Austin Drummond, charged in connection with the July 29 quadruple homicide in Lake County, is being held without bond as state seeks death penalty.

The Lake County Courthouse saw 28-year-old Austin Drummond via video conference call as the judge read aloud the charges against him. Drummond is charged with four counts of first-degree murder, as well as aggravated kidnapping and abandonment.
