Shares of Taiwan Semiconductor, better known as TSMC, added 0.4% Wednesday premarket after the firm's November sales rose 24.5% vs. a year earlier in local currency, though that was down 6.5% vs. October. Year-to-date revenue for the world's largest chip foundry, which makes chips for Nvidia and others, was up 32.8%.
