137,000 Kia vehicles recalled over fire risk, possible power loss
Kia is recalling 137,256 Seltos and Soul vehicles because of an issue with the piston oil rings. Documents posted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration say the problem can cause a loss of motive power or in rare cases, a fire.
