Golden State Warriors forward Jimmy Butler was sued last week in Florida on grounds that he allegedly failed to pay $260,000 in rent and had left behind more than $127,000 in damages to a luxury home he had been leasing in Miami Beach.

Golden State Warriors forward Jimmy Butler is being sued for allegedly failing to pay rent at his Miami Beach home and leaving behind $125,000 in damages.

Court documents obtained by WPLG 10 in Miami state that Butler allegedly caused $125,000 in damages from mold issues, damaged drywall and flooring, a broken HVAC system and an unmaintained pool. According to the Miami Herald, Butler allegedly left the 5,398-square-foot home in “complete disrepair.”
