Continuously falling snow and frigid temperatures are making it difficult for Ohio Department of Transportation crews to improve roadway conditions.

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - No one was injured when a snow plow truck went up in flames in Toledo on Sunday amid our 13 First Alert Weather Day. It happened in the 100 block of Westwood in Toledo by the Division of Transportation for the city.

A winter storm is expected to drop around a foot of snow across Ohio this weekend, with temperatures so cold that it won’t be able to melt.
