NASCAR upheld the disqualification of Parker Kligerman's Daytona Truck Series win after his truck failed post-race inspection, despite his team's appeal.

Parker Kligerman on Thursday lost his appeal after having his NASCAR Truck Series season-opening win at Daytona erased by a disqualification. NASCAR disqualified Kligerman's No. 75 on Friday night when his truck was found to be too low in a postrace inspection.

Kligerman’s No. 75 Spiked Coolers Chevrolet Silverado RST emerged from a final lap wreck at Daytona Int’l Speedway unscathed and in the lead. The Westport, CT native took the checkered flag first in the Fresh from Florida 250, however, the ensuing celebration was short-lived.

Parker Kligerman thought he notched his fourth Truck Series win and his first since 2022 on Friday night. Then postrace inspection didn’t go well.

Hours after the biggest win of his career, Parker Kligerman left Daytona without the hardware. The next morning, he's back and ready to take on the broadcast booth.
