Authorities have identified the pedestrian struck and killed by a vehicle outside Saint Clare’s Denville Hospital last Wednesday night as a 70-year-old woman. Andrea Ramos, of Dover, was hit on Pocono Road at about 5:55 p.m., the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office said. Ramos died of her injuries at the hospital that night.
