A winter weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Friday at 1:01 p.m. valid from Saturday 3 p.m. until Sunday 6 a.m. for Sussex, Warren and Morris counties.

The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory at 1:45 p.m. on Friday valid from Saturday 1 p.m. until Sunday 7 a.m. for Northern Erie and Southern Erie as well as Crawford County.

Snow totals varied across the state, with accumulations approaching as high as 2.5 inches along and north of Route 2, forecasters said.
