The incident occurred approximately 12 miles southwest of the South Sudan capital of Juba on the morning of Monday, April 27

South Sudan's civil aviation authority says that A Cessna aircraft has crashed on the outskirts of the South Sudanese capital, killing all 13 passengers and the pilot.

Two are dead after a fiery plane crash at a park near the Crystal Airport.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed Dr. Joseph Cass, a retired doctor who worked at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, died on Saturday in Brooklyn Park. A close friend of Cass told KTTC Cass is believed to be the pilot during the flight. However, local authorities have not confirmed that at this time.
