All lanes of the Interstate 695 inner loop are closed Tuesday morning due to a rollover crash, according to County rescue officials.
A tanker truck rollover has closed the inner and outer loops on I-695. It is an active fuel leak with 7,000 gallons of gasoline/diesel fuel.
