One man died after he was shot at an apartment near a shopping center in Kansas City, Kansas, Monday night, police said. Officers responded around 8:34 p.m. to a hospital on a reported shooting. Upon arrival, they found a man who was taken to the hospital with a life-threatening gunshot wound, according to a news release.
