At 7:40 p.m. on Wednesday, the NWS Los Angeles/Oxnard CA issued a flood advisory in effect until Thursday at 2 a.m. for Santa Barbara County.

A line of rain capable of producing damaging wind gusts were located along a line extending from 6 miles east of Nipomo to 9 miles northwest of Point Conception, and are moving eastward at 25 mph.

On Wednesday at 2:22 p.m. the NWS Wilmington NC issued a flood warning valid from 8 p.m. until Thursday 2 p.m. for Robeson County.

The NWS Eureka CA released a winter weather advisory at 1:40 p.m. on Wednesday valid from 11 p.m. until Thursday 11 a.m. The advisory is for Southwestern Humboldt, Southern Humboldt Interior and Southeastern Mendocino Interior.
