There has already been a huge shock on the final day of the Cheltenham Festival, summing up the week for punters. Favourites have been beaten on a regular basis over the past four days and it continued in the Triumph Hurdle, as Poniros won at 100-1 on hurdling debut in a huge shock.

The final day of the 2025 Cheltenham Festival takes place this afternoon with the jewel of the week, the Boodles Gold Cup, kicking off at 4pm. It has been a week favourite failures to date, with the likes of Majborough, Constitution Hill and Ballyburn all failing to get the job done.
