Police say they've arrested two men and two teenage boys suspected in an early-morning crime spree across Minneapolis last week that included two shootings, two burglaries and a carjacking at gunpoint.

Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara announced Tuesday that a 34-year-old man, a 19-year-old man and two 17-year-olds were arrested in connection with a violent two-hour crime spree that took place on Feb.

Four people have been arrested in connection to a crime spree last week in Minneapolis that included two break-ins, a gunpoint carjacking, and two shootings – one of which was a man who police said got shot for simply looking out his window.

The victim of a random shooting is sending a message after police say they caught and cuffed the four people behind a violent crime spree. As Jason Rantala reports, that man and and his neighbors are now looking for answers.
