MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - A Paducah man was injured when he was hit by a truck on Highway 45 on Friday morning, January 31. According to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, they responded to the intersection of Highway 45 and Hillmont Drive around 6:11 a.m. regarding a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash.
