Edward Fleming, Andrew Hobbs, Dr. Joel Rudman and Zachary Smith were appointed to the Pensacola State College District Board of Trustees on Friday by Gov. Ron DeSantis. PSC President Ed Meadows said longtime trustees Carol Carlan, Margie Moore and Julie Sheppard are being replaced by new appointees from the governor.
