The Giants and Jets held their first of two straight joint practices Tuesday in Florham Park, heading into the teams’ Week 2 preseason game Saturday night at MetLife Stadium. On Wednesday, the Jets will return the favor in East Rutherford.

With the practice conducted at the Jets’ facility, the Giants left their injured players at home to rehab. That group included RB Cam Skattebo, WR Malik Nabers, WR Jalin Hyatt, WR Da’Quan Felton, OL Evan Neal, CB Dru Phillips and CB Tre Hawkins.

In the New York Giants joint practice with the Jets, Russell Wilson and Jaxson Dart continue to connect with their new wide receivers while Abdul Carter and Kayvon Thibodeaux get reps in on defense.
