Denny Hamlin has won seven times in the NASCAR Cup Series at Pocono Raceway, and on Sunday, he will start in a good position to make it eight -- winning the pole for the Great American Getaway 400 at Pocono Raceway.

The Cup Series heads to Pennsylvania this week as the starting lineup has to deal with the Tricky Triangle and the Pocono Raceway. The 2025 Great American Getaway will be held on Sunday, June 22. This will be the only trip to Pocono for the Cup Series this season. Last year's winner was Ryan Blaney.

Raceway's all-time winningest driver, was fastest in the field Saturday to earn The Great American Getaway 400 pole position for Sunday's race.
