The Washington Commanders and Miami Dolphins are set to play the NFL's first ever regular-season game in Spain this Sunday, when they will play in Madrid.

Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel spoke to reporters Friday as the team prepares to face the Washington Commanders in Madrid, Spain, marking the NFL’s first-ever game played in the country.

Miami Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel and Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone met before the Dolphins practiced in Madrid on Thursday. The Atletico coach handed his NFL counterpart an Atletico jersey with McDaniel's name on it.
