A months-long joint investigation between several law enforcement agencies has resulted in the arrest of a 34-year-old man.

Police were called to the CVS at Emory Point, a mixed-use development surrounded by Emory’s campus, at around 4:50 p.m.

David Rose, a 33-year-old DeKalb County police officer, was killed on Aug. 8 while responding to a shooting on Emory University’s Atlanta campus.
