LOS ANGELES (AP) — Actor Emily Osment has filed for divorce from her husband of less than five months, musician Jack Anthony Farina. The 32-year-old Osment filed the petition to end her marriage to the 42-year-old Farina in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday.

Emily Osment and Jack Anthony have settled their divorce, just days after Osment filed. The pair have waived their right to seek spousal support, according to court documents filed by Osment, 33, on Monday, March 10 and reviewed by PEOPLE.
