Luis Guevara, a 19-year-old minor league player for the Baltimore Orioles, has died as a result of the injuries suffered during a “vessel incident,” according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission (FWC).

Multiple Orioles minor leaguers were involved in a jet ski crash Sunday in Sarasota that sent two people to the hospital.

Luis Guevara, 19, was reportedly one of four people thrown into the water after a “head-on” collision near Sarasota, Florida.
