Folds, known for his piano-driven pop rock genius, took the helm on writing "empathetic and nuanced" songs for the new 'Snoopy Presents' musical after making headlines for stepping down as artistic advisor to the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center because of Trump.

Unfortunately, in the new Apple TV+ special, “Snoopy Presents: A Summer Musical,” when Charlie Brown & Co. arrive at the camp, they learn it is closing. While it's Charlie Brown's last year at the camp, he had hoped his sister Sally, camping for the first time, would also get to have multiple years there.

Billboard is premiering the Folds-written song "Leave It Better" ahead of the special's Friday debut on Apple TV+.
