About Bianca. Gianni & Nicola Vietina and Federico Fernandez, the chefs behind Bianca, are more like brothers than partners. Family is at the center of our restaurant. Bianca is named for Nonna Tina (Bianca’s nickname), Gianni and Nicola’s grandmother.

Gianni and Nicola Vietina are thrilled that you’ve chosen to add a special touch to your celebration with a custom cake from Bianca, Madeo’s sister restaurant. Each cake is crafted by our renowned Pastry Chef, Federico Fernandez, and his talented team.

Bianca is hosting a Mamma Mia brunch on Sunday, May 8th with an elegant menu to pair with mimosas and other sparkling wine cocktails. The menu will feature signature recipes by Gianni’s mother and grandmother (Bianca herself). Reservations required. Bianca will close at 2pm.
