California Dungenous Crab Season 2025-2026 Is Open! @thurber_shots was out flying this morning and caught the opening moments of the pier. Very cool to see the overhead view! The waves were pretty rough but the pier is open to halfway. The end is still closed from two years ago when winter storms and big waves heavily damaged the concrete pillars. With it being this heavy we would suggest bringing at least 10 oz of weight to hold the snares on the sand and check the traps at least every 8 minute
