On Passover most Jews don’t eat Kitniot which means legumes- including corn and rice. However many Mizrachi Jews have the custom to eat rice on Passover like Persian Jews. Moroccan Jews have mixed customs some eat rice but not corn some eat rice and corn and some eat neither depending on which community they came from originally in Morocco.
