The Central Catholic High School Army JROTC Raiders competed in the Northeast ISD Urban Raiders Challenge II on Saturday, December 2nd, at Camp Henson, an NEISD facility in San Antonio. Among the teams competing were JROTC units from across the area, as well as Austin and Houston. As graduation season is underway - seniors with Okkodo High's Marine Corps JROTC program have so much to look forward to, including one student who just found out he got into the U.S. Naval Academy Preparatory School. And to think - their Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps program was on the verge of shutting down. Julianne Hernandez spoke with students on how they saved it. | KUAM News
