In honor of Black History Month, we asked the Judson University Choir to sing one of its favorite selections that come from the African American church experience. Here, we highlight “Every Praise,” by Hezekiah Walker. This 2013 song is a favorite at many churches. The video for the song has amassed more than 9 million views. It was also instrumental with saving a young boy’s life in 2014. The 9-year-old was let go from his kidnapper after singing this song constantly for 3 hours. #judsonawesome
