Here is a great way to prepare Prime Rib. The frenching isn’t necessary but it looks nice. Truss the prime rib and use coarse salt to dry brine overnight in the fridge. Prime rib is so good and on a rotisserie it’s even better! Dry brine the prime rib roast for 24 hours with kosher salt. Take the roast out of the refrigerator for 1 hour at room temperature. Setup your grill for around 300 degrees and use some oak wood for smoke. I’m using this Primo Ceramic Grills rotisserie setup. When the internal temperature of the roast hits 115 degrees remove it from the grill and let it rest for 1 hour. Slice and look at this goodness. #primerib #rotisserie #grilling #hoo
