Steak Tacos with Avocado Salsa… easy, delicious and absolutely bursting with flavour. The tacos are loaded with juicy, marinated, cooked-to-perfection steak topped with a fresh, creamy, tangy and slightly spicy avocado salsa. I used flap steak here (highly underrated cut IMO) but you can sub skirt, flank or ribeye. The marinade is also amazing on chicken. For the salsa, if you like it spicy, add more jalapeño or serrano. If you want it mild, remove the seeds or just omit the chiles altogether. S
