We managed to move 3 big pieces yesterday from point A to Point B with super satisfying results🩵🩵🩵 The first two are client installs but the piece in the last frame is up for grabs! It is a beautiful 19th century sideboard from France in perfect condition with two working keys! No pics of us moving it because it was a beast, super heavy and substantial!🌿🌿🌿$3895 It can be found @antiquessouthwindermere if you’re local! Message me!🩵 | Ellie Proctor Antiques and Fine Things

It’s no secret that fall is my favorite time of year to decorate! There are so many reasons… The colors of fall are so warm and cozy, oranges, browns, reds and all shades of green. But one thing I think we overlook is the longevity of fall decor. You really can start designing at that first hint of fall in September and go through December incorporating so much of it! Heck, I’ve been known to keep my magnolia wreath up until Easter😆 Enter a fall wedding and the excitement triples!! I had so muc

But we have fun incorporating in other ways too - like storing blankets in the family room, toys in the playroom or atop an armoire! January clean-up I had kept some magnolia and cedar stems that I didn’t use when decorating for Christmas in our shed. They were in a bucket of water and I couldn’t believe how fresh they looked when I went out to grab the blower during our Christmas take down. To be honest it was kind of bittersweet. The last thing I felt like doing was make another mess doing an arrangement.🤦🏼‍♀️ But, I couldn’t bear to throw then out….so I waited…left the greens in the shed and went inside to enjoy my very

Dinner Party Prep🥂….the centerpiece!❤️ Keeping it simple with Christmas greens and cranberries🌿❤️🌿I’m a little worn out at this point in the season so I ran to @traderjoes and picked up some Christmas greenery and cranberries, grabbed a bunch of antique silver pieces, did arrangements that an 8yr old could have done, through in some votive candles to make the silver shine and called it a day!
