การเดินลำบากจากสมองส่วนหน้ามีปัญหา (Frontal disequilibrium/gait apraxia) เวลาเดินจะยกเท้าลำบาก ก้าวสั้นๆ ถ้าเป็นมากๆจะมีปัญหาในการควบคุมทิศทาง แต่จะดีขึ้นถ้ามีคนหรือเครื่องมือช่วยประคอง ..... ถ้าไม่ได้ลงน้ำหนักจะสามารถยกและก้าวขาได้ปกติ ..... อาการอื่นๆที่พบร่วมด้วยได้ เช่น อาการช้า กลั้นปัสสาวะลำบาก (เดินไปเข้าห้องน้ำไม่ทัน ทำให้ปัสสาวะราดง่าย) พบได้ในรายที่มีโพรงน้ำในสมองโต (normal pressure hydrocephalus)…..ซึ่งสามารถตรวจและแก้ไขได้โดยการระบายน้ำ อื่นๆ พบได้ภาวะเส้นเลือดฝอยค่อยๆตีบเรื้อรังทั้ง
