Continuing with our interview series with Festool's supervisory board chair, Barbara, we asked what lesson or advice has she learned after working in the power tool industry for many years. Barbara suggests, even though you need to keep up with your market and make sure to to look toward the future, do not forget to stick true to your values and goals.
