In Grade 6–8 Physics, we explored levers in action! Using meter sticks, pencils, binder clips, and spring scales, students modeled second-class levers—just like a wheelbarrow—seeing how moving the load closer to the fulcrum changes the force needed to lift it. Students also worked through balancing puzzles and challenges to see how the number and position of weights affect balance on a lever.
