Irish Apple Crumble Cake | This crumble cake is a classic that I’ve been making for years (P.s this never lasts long in our house so you might wanna make two!) 🍏 🍰 Serves: 8 Time: 1 hour 10 mins For the cake: 110g butter, plus extra for greasing 150g soft light brown sugar 2 large free range eggs 210g plain flour, sifted 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp baking powder pinch of salt 100ml milk 300g (around 2-3) cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced For the crumble topping: 50g butter 50g caster su
