Also, I learnt muscle ups the chicken arm way, then got 2 chicken arm muscle ups, and when I got 3, I was able to get 1 clean muscle up with both arms going over at the same time. It’s a marathon, not a sprint. To have good form, you need to get through the bad form 🫡📈 before @isahiltunen #calisthenics #muscle up
