Public Service Enterprise Group, the developer behind the Maryland Piedmont Reliability Project, released the proposed route of the 70-mile transmission line that will likely be submitted as part of an application to the Public Service Commission. "We absolutely want to negotiate with property owners, and we're willing, we're willing to engage with them on a really deep level, and not just say, you know, take it or leave it, because we do not want to use eminent domain," said PSEG Project Direct
