Richmond has dozens of murals across the city, including one of the first female Vice President of the United States -- Kamala Harris. Painted in October by local artists Michael-Birch Pierce and Nico Cathcar, the mural is located near Battery Park at North Ave and E. Lancaster on Richmond's Northside. The mural was painted ahead of the 2020 presidential election to inspire residents to vote. The collaboration is called the "Kamala: I'm speaking." The name refers to when Harris famously told the
